Summer is the time for vacation, hanging out at the beach, and pools. It is necessary to follow the safety tips for your body during this season, as the sun is scorching heat. You need to take care of your skin and hair during this season more than any other seasons. Here there are some of healthy tips to be followed during summer.
The first tip is drink plenty of water. Body needs more water during hot summer days to prevent dehydration. You are losing sodium in the form of perspiration and hence you need to replace these elements with water.
