Mind power is the greatest power in the world. The Thoughts are responsible for everything happens in your life. As you thoughts are, so is your life. Many people struggle in their life not because of having the positive thoughts but because of the negative thoughts. Hence we have to be careful of what you think.

It is very common to hear people say “Think positive”, to someone who feels worried about their life. Many people do not take this word seriously as they do not know what that is actually mean. But some of the people have taken that as serious and they are living joyous successful life. It has such a power.
Your thoughts pass to your subconscious mind, which in turn influences your actions.
Hence if you have the positive thoughts your action will have a positive result as the way you want .A positive person can accomplish much more in life, in careers, in relationships, in financially much more than a negative person.

Smoking is one of the most common drugs used by people. It is injurious to our health. Nowadays, youths are mainly affected by smoking. Smoking is one main cause of serious health diseases, such as cancer, stroke and heart problems.
Just sit and think about the things, you may have finish in your life. If you are away from smoking, you may feel better, live longer, save money. Breathe in through your nose very slowly, hold the breath for a few seconds, and exhale very slowly through your mouth.
Do these practices, breathes for five times a day in the early morning. This helps you to keep away from so many diseases. When you want a cigarette, wait a few minutes. Try to think of something to do instead of smoking, you may drink a glass of water or chew gum. Switch to a brand of cigarettes you do not like, to avoid smoking.
If you are not smoking for a day, reward yourself by going to movie or eating your favorite meals. Many of your smoking friends may want to know, how you quit. It is good to talk to others about your quitting.

The chronic disease that has been comes because of air block and there is no air that is passed to the air ways are the asthma. Normally in human being there will be an airway tubes that carry the air to the lungs. The air will be in and out of the lungs. If the person has got asthma means the airways will become sore and swollen so that it will be difficult to breath the air.
On that time the person will feel difficult and irritate many things. If the lungs in the air gets less on that time the person who has the asthma will gets wheezing problem, coughing will be for a long period, chest will become tight and breathing will be difficult in the whole night.
If the symptoms of the asthma is very bad, then this cause to asthma attack. Some times the asthma attack will not get enough oxygen to breath. Because of asthma attack they will die. By taking quick relief medicines it can be cured by long term or short term process.

In the human body heart plays an important and vital role that tells the correct problem of the body.
