It increases their confidence level while reducing stress and anxiety. You should reduce or eliminate your negative emotions and develop positive thinking as this will help boost your self esteem and maximize your productivity. Attitude plays an important role in the life of every individual. If you smile at someone he will smile and if you frown you may get the same back.
